Tea Party Battles

I could call it the Tea Party takeover, but all in all it still seems to be a battle in so many ways. There are the big money interests that fund the tea parties, which are for all practical purposes a pretty fractured group of groups.

The GOP has tried to ride them like a wet mule, and join in with their energy that has inspired a lot of voters, most of them lunatics, in my opinion, driven by fear and false propaganda, to get out and vote. In a way it might have helped the GOP but in another way, it seems to have been harmful to them as well, in that some of the tea party backed candidates were all the way off the reservation and unelectable.......but still, some were elected and so now, the GOP, once in office, have decided to just go on with business as usual, but the tea partiers have issued their own threats. Do as we say or there will be a total cleansing of the whole lot of you.

A very interesting dance for power is going on and I am enjoying watching it.

I would really enjoy it more if I watched it from outside this country.
